services · what we build
Two things.
Done properly.
We design the web, and we automate the work behind it. Not a fifty-service agency doing everything averagely: two things, done properly, for businesses across the Middle East and India.
01 · web design
Websites that convert.
Design and build that earns its keep: fast, sharp, and made to turn visitors into customers, not to look good in a portfolio.
What you get
- Brand and interface design. A look that is yours, designed for your customers rather than assembled from a bought theme.
- Responsive front-end build. Fast on phones, which is where most of your customers browse.
- Content you can edit. Prices, products and pages set up for your team to change without calling us.
- SEO and performance baked in. Clean structure, real metadata, images sized for the page.
- Copy that sells. Written with you in plain English, with Arabic when you need it.
- Launch, analytics, iteration. We go live, watch what matters, and keep improving.
How we build
- 01
You see real screens early
Design happens in the open. You get a private preview link in the first week, not a big reveal weeks later.
- 02
Your real data, before go-live
You enter your real products, prices and pages on the preview, and we fix everything you find before launch.
- 03
Tests on the parts that must never break
Forms, bookings, payments and anything else that costs you money when it fails get automated tests.
What is included
- 01
Source code in your own GitHub
You own it outright. If we ever part ways, everything goes with you.
- 02
Accounts in your name
Hosting, domain and services are set up under your name, and we take no margin on running costs.
- 03
Training and short video guides
Two training sessions, plus recordings you can replay when staff change.
- 04
Support after launch
Access to Pixel Labs Support for your support window: report a problem at any hour, follow the fix to live. How support works.
Timeline
Most projects go live in weeks, not months. A typical site: design in week 1, build and testing through week 5, launch and training in week 6. Your quotation sets the dates.
Pricing model
One fixed quote after a scoping call, itemised so you can see what you are paying for. No hourly surprises and no margin on hosting or tools. After the support window, a small monthly care plan is available if you want us on call; otherwise you pay only for the work you ask for.

Questions
How long does a website take?
Usually 4 to 8 weeks from the scoping call to launch, depending on pages, languages and integrations. Your quotation sets the dates.
Do you build in Arabic?
Yes. English and Arabic with proper right-to-left layout, and copy written for each language rather than machine-translated.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. Prices, products, pages and images are set up for you to edit, with training and short video guides. Anything bigger, you report through Pixel Labs Support and we quote it.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
You report it in Pixel Labs Support, at any hour, with screenshots. Faults within your support window are fixed as part of the project; anything new is quoted first, and nothing is charged without your approval.
02 · ai automation
Automations that never sleep.
The repetitive work, handled. We wire AI and automation into the tools you already use, so leads get answered, data moves itself and the busywork runs while you focus on the business.
What we automate
- 01
Lead capture and follow-up
Website forms, WhatsApp and Instagram enquiries land in one place, get an instant reply in English or Arabic, and are followed up until someone answers.
- 02
Scrapers and data pipelines
Public data gathered, cleaned and delivered where your team works, on a schedule.
- 03
Workflow and operations
Quotes, invoices, approvals, reminders and reports that run on their own, with a person approving anything that matters.
- 04
Custom internal tools
Small, fast web apps for the jobs a spreadsheet cannot keep up with.
- 05
Integrations
Your website, sheets, CRM and accounts kept in step: Airtable, Supabase, Tally, Odoo and whatever you already run.
Tools we have shipped
- 01
Quotation engine for a lighting supplier
Turns a requirement document into a draft quote, pulls live stock from the Tally ERP, produces branded PDF quotes and tracks the sales pipeline. Keys stay on the server, never in a browser.
- 02
Operations AI suite for an industrial supplier
Quotation, tender tracking, a knowledge base, a contractor CRM and bilingual marketing modules in one place.
- 03
Lead-generation scraper
Pulls local businesses from public sources, scores the leads and exports a clean list. Built for our own prospecting and offered to clients.
See it running
Our AI roles demo shows the dashboard a client gets: an inbox, approvals, each AI role and a monthly report, for three sample businesses (a dental clinic, a building-materials trader and a real-estate agency), in English and Arabic. Sample data only; it runs in your browser.
How we handle AI safely
- Your accounts, your data. Everything runs under accounts in your name; if you leave, the workflows and data go with you.
- Keys stay on the server. No API keys in page source or in a browser.
- Approval before anything runs alone. New automations start with a person approving every action, within limits you set.
- An off switch you control. Anything that sends messages on your behalf can be paused by you, without calling us.
Prefer a whole role?
An AI role bundles the automations of one job, from receptionist to accounts clerk, with a supervisor on your team handling the exceptions. One setup fee, one monthly fee per role.
