studio · how we work

Small team.
Direct line.
Middle East to India.

No account managers and no hand-off to a junior. The person you speak to is the person building your site, working from Manama with clients across the Middle East and India.

01 · how we work

No fluff.
Just shipping.

No bloated discovery phase and no big reveal. Four steps, each with something you can see.

01

Scope

One sharp call to find what actually moves the needle. We write the scope and quote it flat, itemised, so there are no surprises later.

You: one call, and a yes or a no.

02

Design

We design in the open. You see real screens on a private preview link in the first week, not a mock-up sprung on you later.

You: one consolidated round of feedback at a time.

03

Build & wire

Clean, fast code with the automations wired in from day one, and automated tests on the parts that must never break.

You: enter your real data on the preview and tell us what is wrong.

04

Launch & iterate

We go live, train your team, record short video guides and keep improving. We do not vanish the day after launch.

You: report anything through Pixel Labs Support, at any hour.

Most projects go live in weeks, not months.

02 · lines we do not cross

Honest
by default.

Some things we will not do, however the sale is going.

  1. 01

No savings figures before we have measured

Estimates are labelled as estimates. Real numbers come from a role audit and a shadow period, not a sales deck.

  2. 02

No cold AI calls or messages

Automations message people who have opted in or asked a question. Nothing we build spams.

  3. 03

No logging into your portals with your passwords

Government and bank portals stay with your staff. We automate around them, never through them.

  4. 04

Your accounts stay in your name

Hosting, domains and services are yours. We take no margin on running costs and nothing is locked to us.

  5. 05

    Your source code is yours

It lives in your own GitHub from the first commit. If we part ways, everything goes with you.

03 · the bench

Tools we have
shipped with.

Nothing on this list is here for the logo. Each one has carried a live project.

NetlifyHosting, forms and deploys for most of the sites we build.
SupabaseDatabases with rules enforced in the database itself, for tools and portals.
AirtableCatalogues and content your team edits in a spreadsheet they already understand.
ClaudeThe AI behind quotes, triage and drafts, always behind a server, never in a browser.
Tally and OdooERP and accounting systems we read from and write to for quotes and stock.
ResendTransactional email that arrives, from your own domain.
MuxVideo that plays everywhere without slowing the page down.
GSAPMotion for the sites that earn it, kept out of the way of the content.
MongoDBDocument databases for tools whose records change shape as the business does.
VercelHosting for the apps that need server rendering and edge functions.
RailwayServers and background workers for automations that run around the clock.
ChatGPTOpenAI models alongside Claude, chosen per task for drafting, classification and voice.

04 · built for the region

Built for how
the region works.

Local is not a footnote. It changes how the work is scoped, priced and supported.

  • Your working week. Sunday to Thursday in the Gulf, Monday to Friday in India: releases and support are planned around your calendar and your public holidays.
  • Your currency and tax rules. Three-decimal dinars, VAT or GST, and the payment links your customers already use.
  • English and Arabic. Right-to-left layouts done properly, with copy written for each language.
  • In person where it helps. We sit with teams in Bahrain; everyone else gets the same direct line on video, in your working hours.
